Angela Petrella is an internationally recognized, award-winning writer, producer, and director with over a decade of groundbreaking work at some of the most prestigious animation and entertainment companies in the world. She launched her career at Pixar and has since written for an impressive roster of industry giants, including Netflix, Fox, Warner Bros., McSweeney’s, Oculus, Sony, Bad Robot, Cartoon Network, and Disney Features.
Recently, Angela penned a AAA video game for Sony, further solidifying her reputation as a storyteller in the gaming world. Her acclaimed narrative podcast, Batman: The Audio Adventures (Warner Bros.), is currently in its highly anticipated second season. She has also written and consulted on several interactive narrative projects, including the Emmy Award-winning Wolves in the Walls, which earned her a second Peabody Award this year. Her award-winning short film, Dear Angelica, was hailed by the Associated Press as “the best film at Sundance.”

When she’s not creating, Angela enjoys knitting, cheering for the Cleveland Guardians, and drawing inspiration from her hometown of Kent, Ohio.
